• Trajetória Exclusiva, Lda. is a tourism company with license no. 10/2017 of the Tourism of Portugal.

• Our tours are covered by liability and Personal Accident insurance.

​

• On the Trajectory Exclusive, Lda. website, all the services included in the tour and those not included are mentioned, such as meals and monuments entries (optional).

​

• Reservations must be made by email or via the form on our website up to 72 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation.

​

• Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay and from 4 to 12 years old have a 20% discount. The age of the participants must be informed at the time of booking.

​

• Trajetória Exclusiva, Lda. is not responsible for the services provided by third parties.

​

• The Company is not responsible for objects left on vehicles during visits..

​

• Payments must be made by bank transfer or Pay Pal. Reservations are only confirmed after receipt of the full amount.

​

• Trajetória Exclusiva, Lda. reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 72 hours before returning the total amount paid by the customer.

​

• Cancellations up to 7 days in advance will be entitled to a 50% refund. If cancellation occurs 72 hours in advance, no refund will be made.

​

• Trajetória Exclusiva, Lda. will pick up and drop off customers on the day of the tour of the hotel where they are staying, as long as they are located in Lisbon.

​

• Trajetória Exclusiva close December 25th and January 1st.

​

• Tour dates and days take into account the days when the monuments to visit are closed.

​

• If there are children, you must notify at the time of booking.

​

• Trajetória Exclusiva, Lda. does not accept bookings made by telephone. They must always be made by email or through the form on our site.

​

• Our tours are private and accompanied by a certified guide who will accompany you throughout the visit, including within the monuments you will visit.

​

• Trajetoria Exclusiva, Lda. reserves the right to make any changes with or without notice.
